Welcome to PG Bot! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use PG Bot’s AI chatbot services (“Services”), provided by PG Bot Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By subscribing to or using PG Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Services.
1. Service Description
PG Bot provides AI-powered chatbots trained on publicly available writings and teachings from well-known startup founders and mentors. These bots are designed to act as digital mentors for startup founders, offering ideas, suggestions, and insights.
2. No Guarantees or Accuracy
Our AI chatbots are not always accurate. They generate responses based on patterns in public texts and training data but can make mistakes. Any information, advice, or recommendations from our bots must be independently vetted, double-checked, or confirmed by you or a qualified professional.
3. No Liability
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on chatbot responses. You agree that PG Bot Inc. is not liable for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes, direct or indirect, related to your use of our Services.
4. AI Personas Are Not Real People
Our chatbots are designed to mimic the style and voice of specific well-known individuals. However, these are fictional AI interpretations, not actual people. We do not claim to represent, impersonate, or speak on behalf of any real individuals, living or deceased.
It should be abundantly clear that you are interacting with a fallible AI, not a human or the actual person it may resemble.
5. Subscription and Use
Access to PG Bot is available via a monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of PG Bot after any changes means you accept the new Terms.
